If you need to exchange an item for a different size then please contact us immediately at HELLO@home-lee.co.nz Goods must be returned with the completed returns card in original condition and packaging.
Items that are on SALE are deemed final, cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty or out of stock.
If you send us back a sale item we will return to sender.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
If you are not completely happy with your new purchase, please return within 7 days of the purchase date, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, for online sales only.
Returns are processed on Fridays. We will email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Goods must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Please note that the shipping charges cannot be refunded.
Please note all shipping of returns are at the expense of the customer.
Until the return item is received at Home-lee it is your responsibility. We recommend using track and trace.
